We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our growing partner - a leading field and technical services provider in the B2B sector, specializing in vending, POS solutions, and coin-operated machines. They are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager to support daily operations and drive regional expansion efforts.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in B2B sales and service to street-access retail businesses, who possess strong technical hardware knowledge, inventory management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with small business owners.

About the Role:
The Field Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining and leading local field teams, conducting inventory and process audits, and overseeing the daily service and sales operations across client locations in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position involves recruiting, hiring, training, and managing field service technicians and sales representatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage field support and sales teams, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Provide training, support, and consultation to small business location owners

  • Develop and optimize operational procedures, support tools, and internal databases

  • Collaborate with sales, collections, and tech support teams to improve performance metrics and profitability

  • Maintain and grow client relationships, identify and onboard new partners, suppliers, and distributors

  • Negotiate business and technical terms with stakeholders and industry partners

  • Oversee technical installation, service, and maintenance of hardware/software at client sites

  • Monitor KPIs, perform team performance reviews, and manage discipline according to HR guidelines

  • Conduct regular location visits and compliance audits

  • Analyze data and prepare periodic performance reports for leadership

  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance of new and current staff, ensuring procedural compliance

  • Handle escalated customer support inquiries via phone and chat

  • Maintain detailed audit logs and notes in the CRM system

  • Manage stock purchasing and warehouse supply control


Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (gas and parking expenses reimbursed)

  • Proven experience managing technical, client services, and field sales teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with small business owners

  • Technical proficiency, especially with CRM systems and mobile tools

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
