About the Opportunity
- We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to work directly with local business owners throughout Alexandria and the surrounding DMV area.
- You'll visit convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats, restaurants, bars, and other local businesses to introduce partnership opportunities involving vending and coin-operated equipment programs.
- Your goal is to build relationships, explain how these programs can benefit a business, and secure new locations for our equipment.
- This is an active, face-to-face field position — not a call center, desk job, or remote position.
What You'll Earn
- $40,000–$60,000 annual base salary, depending on qualifications and relevant experience
- Uncapped commissions for qualifying new business
- Additional performance-based bonus opportunities
- $1,000 sign-on bonus after successful completion of the probationary period

Your base salary provides consistent income while commission creates an opportunity to earn more as you develop and perform. Commission earnings depend on results and are not guaranteed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visit approximately 20 or more local businesses per day
- Introduce yourself to owners and managers
- Explain our equipment partnership opportunities
- Ask questions to understand the business and identify potential opportunities
- Build relationships and follow up with interested businesses
- Learn to handle objections and confidently ask for the business
- Plan your daily driving routes and maintain records of your activity
- Work toward individual sales and activity goals
You'll spend much of your day traveling between businesses, meeting people, and developing new relationships.

Basic Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily business travel
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned DMV territory
- Comfortable approaching businesses without scheduled appointments
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners
- Basic smartphone and computer skills for tracking daily activity
- Willingness to learn and meet performance expectations
- Ability to complete the required background check
