We are seeking a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow our Client's sales operations across Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Virginia. This is not a “desk-only” role—you will divide your time between these markets, actively build and lead sales teams, train and mentor reps, and close deals yourself.
This position is ideal for a hunter-minded sales leader who thrives in the SMB space, particularly in vending, point-of-sale, and coin-operated equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Execution
- Actively manage and grow sales pipelines across the four assigned states.
- Close new business directly with SMB clients—leading by example.
- Drive a hunter mentality across the team to expand market presence.
- Team Development
- Assist in hiring and onboarding sales reps in each market.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members on sales best practices.
- Support operations managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Market Expansion
- Travel regularly between IL, PA, KY, and VA to ensure consistent performance.
- Develop strategies tailored to each regional market.
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy at all client meetings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in vending, POS, coin-op, or SMB sector.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience hiring and managing sales teams.
- “Hunter” mentality—thrives on winning new accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively between assigned states.
